For Property Owners, By Property Owners

Building Developer Partners

DiFFER operates by working directly and closely with building developers, taking part in the development and implementation of communications services in the building for tenants and guests, right from the point of construction, to installing services for a new tenant moving in, and service and support for the lifecycle of your building.

Offer your tenants reliable Internet service that is among the fastest in Canada — our standard package is symmetrical 2.5Gbps.

Services, packages, and included add-ons are all customized to suit your business and buildings’ needs to drive occupancy, tenant retention, and provide differentiation in the rental market, including revenue sharing opportunities.

Differentiating services that DiFFER can offer include, but is not limited to:

  • Complimentary common area WiFi (lobby, gym, activity rooms, EV charge stations, etc.)
  • Integration with and support services for access control systems (e.g. ButterflyMX, 1Valet, Akuvox, Verkada, etc.), including supply and coordination of installation of access control systems
  • Customized hospitality/barker channel(s)
  • Lobby camera(s) integration, viewable as a channel by tenants

Property Managers

At DiFFER, we pride ourselves in top-tier support and services, working with and for property managers to ensure seamless and stress-free communications services for your tenants.

This includes installing and configuring Internet and television services for tenants before they move in, providing a seamless experience for new tenants, and front-line support services and staff to provide technical support and assistance to tenants.

Customized television services, including bespoke and customized hospitality/barker channels, and building lobby or parkade camera(s) integration, provide tenants with access to information, and ease of mind seeing building entrance activity.

DiFFER is happy to work with building owners and property managers to have Internet and television services included in tenants’ rent; as utility amenities; fees collected directly by DiFFER as a traditional telecom; or any combination thereto, up to and including white-labelling DiFFER’s services as your own buildings’ services.
