Richard brings more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate and finance, including building iQ Commercial into a leading mortgage brokerage with more than $2.5 billion in annual transactions. He now leads DiFFER’s growth and partnerships with building owners and developers.

Mike is a seasoned executive and former Managing Partner at PwC Atlantic Canada, with deep experience in corporate finance and M&A. As CEO, he leads DiFFER’s growth strategy, focused on delivering value for building owners.

Pierre-André brings an owner-side perspective from property management, including experience with Killam Properties, and serves on the REIC Board of Directors. He leads growth at DiFFER, working with developers and owners to drive revenue and enhance asset value.

Cindy brings a hospitality background with a focus on service excellence and client experience across leading hotel brands. At DiFFER, she leads tenant experience, ensuring seamless onboarding, support, and resident satisfaction.
